These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zx999 ("zx999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://zx999.lat ("Platform", "Website").

zx999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time including, but not limited to, a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the zx999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your zx999 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must not impersonate any other person or use false information. zx999 may verify the information provided at registration against third-party sources and reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account if information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zx999 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify zx999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. zx999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.

zx999 reserves the right to close inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if it has not been accessed for a continuous period of twelve (12) months with a zero balance. You will be notified before any such action is taken.

zx999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, USDT (Tether), and Raast. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at zx999's sole discretion.

The minimum deposit on the zx999 platform is Rs 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees). The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of deposit. All funds deposited into your zx999 account are held in a segregated player funds account.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered solely in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed by zx999's compliance team following identity verification.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on the same business day, subject to volume and bank processing times outside zx999's control.
• zx999 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside zx999's control.
• All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USDT where applicable. zx999 is not responsible for currency conversion losses where a player's bank or wallet applies a conversion rate.

All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the time the offer is presented. These specific promotion terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

General rules applicable to all zx999 bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• A player may only claim each zx999 welcome bonus once. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will have all accounts suspended and bonuses voided.

• Bonuses that have been forfeited, expired, or voided cannot be reinstated.

• If a withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled, the bonus amount and all bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited and only the original deposit amount (minus any losses attributable to real-money wagers) will be returned.

All bets and wagers placed on the zx999 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These game-specific rules are published within the platform alongside each game and betting market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across the zx999 platform:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the zx999 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a bet or game, zx999 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• zx999 offers only games that use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. The RNG ensures all game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• For sports betting markets, in the event that an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the zx999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the zx999 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Players who identify a bug are required to report it to zx999 support immediately and must not exploit it. Any winnings derived from a known or discovered bug will be voided.

zx999 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
